    Used this lens for two trips to China and India. Excellent buy. I didn’t really need to use my other lenses this one is a good wide angle and has a good zoom.

    Really nice lens. Gives you just right amount of focal length for walking around without adding the more weight of going to a 300mm lens. Good replacement for the 18-55 lens.

    Results so far have been excellent. Simple and easy to use. I only gave a four for value as I find Nikon kit expensive, but the quality IS good. I received a photo by second hand e-mail and could not copy it. So I took a photo of my screen and the result was good enough to show on a large screen at a public meeting

I must say this lens is fantastic the detail in the pictures are superb, I was going to buy a cheaper lens but after reading a lot of reviews I went for the Nikon AF-S 18-140mm with VR. I am so happy I did buy this one because it just looks so good on the camera and make it look like a quality camera. The focus is very smooth and easy to use it just feels like quality I love this lens, I have the standard Nikon 18-55mm and the Nikon 300mm lens but I rarely take this lens off.

    this lens did not come with its bag, cover, instruction,, warranty card or box – cannot be registeredwe phoned Nikon and they said they never allow their distributors to send equipment out in this mannerMakes me think there i something seriously wrong

    A very useful lens, seems to cover many situations and so far it works well. However, it does make rather ungainly noise during focusing and I’m hoping this won’t lead to complete failure at some point. BEWARE: THE LENSES SOLD BY SIGNYT DO NOT HAVE A UK WARRANTY
