    Not happy with this product, it restarts randomly and sometimes screen go blue and makes very loud noise. In terms of usability the remote makes alot of clicking noise and Android TV is not yet ready for big screen as number of apps is less than Roku and other platforms. I cant even get BBc iplayer or Britbox on this device. The google voice is as stingy as it is on phones.

    Firstly, despite it’s ‘Global’ tag in the item heading, this item was NOT designed for UK use – you cannot even select the UK region during set-up because it doesn’t exist in the options. Therefore, none of the UK TV apps will work – a huge disappointement and reason enough to warrant a return………and then it got worse.This is by far the most inferior Android device I have ever purchased and I’ve purchased loads of them over the years. This one is a shocker. Wouldn’t be so bad if it only cost about a tenner but for nearly the same price as a Fire TV Stick, it’s beyond taking the whatsit.I loved the idea of this and having full Play Store access and Chromecast built in, but then part way through set-up it decided to randomly restart and did the same every single time thereafter. Going by other people’s feedback, I very much doubt that this was a rogue duff one – it’s one of many.Do yourself a favour – order a Fire TV Stick instead, which is what I’m about to do right now.

    The product came with a power adaptor that doesn’t work in my country. Luckily I was able to plug this in via USB for power otherwise I would have had to go buy a power converter. The stick is extremely slow especially when opening apps and navigating around the UI. It stops lagging when you start streaming which is the only saving grace. I watched reviews on YouTube and the stick looked like it performed decent but I think they sped up the footage to make it look that way. The remote feels very cheap and it’s difficult to type in search queries using the clunky on-screen keyboard. The voice assistant feature on the remote seems to be hit and miss. I speak slowly and clearly but it often doesn’t pick up what I say. I don’t have a very strong accent so I don’t know what gives. I paired a pair of Apple Airpods to it but they don’t seem to stay connected most of the time unlike all the other devices I’ve paired them with.I would not buy this product and get a Firestick instead.
