I just received my pair of Samsung Buds +, and after 30 mins of use, i can say that they are pretty awesome. Not sure why some individuals are being so harsh on the sounds quality; they either have a defective product (which can happen due to QC factory issues) or they are wearing them wrong (inside out?!).It was easy to install the Samsung Wearables app from the Google Play store and pair them, even when they were still in the case, with the lid open. Played music with Spotify easily. There are 5 settings for the EQ for bass boost, treble, normal, dynamic. I found Dynamic suited my listening preferences well. The ambient soud mode works too, and will be very useful when biking to hear some outside ambient noise for safety reasons. Without ambient mode, alot of sound is blocked out, which can be good for airplanes, travelling etc.The buds themselves fit well and are comfortable and dont stick out of your ears that much (no more than traditional buds). Carrying case is tiny, 1/4 of my palm.I am writing a review as i was a skeptic after reading all the other negative reviews. Not sure what the issue these individuals were having. If it is a QC problem, just return and get a replacement that works. A properly functioning pair works very well and good value for your money at the sub $200 CAD price point.

It is very clear by the pictures that I have been using those, damn, even now I am wearing them. SONY WH1000XM4, have been waiting for them, since got into wireless headphones 2 years ago, I have been using Airpods Gen 2 and Galaxy Buds. I can tell you, they freaking suck against this monster, bass is super clear, yet hits real hard. The music feels really deep and 3D. I am using the headphones with Samsung galaxy s10, and i have no troubles listing to spotify premium, no lags, no delays, I mean what did you expect for a 500$cad headphones? The fit is fantastic, you can go on really long music sessions and don’t feel tired after listing to them at all. Never got to use palm feature, since I look kinda dumb putting my hand over the headphone in order to turn on ambient and mute music, I would rather take them off completely. Battery life is wonderful, 3 solid days without any charging with full blasting music on ANC.

Buyers beware, right out the box there is a very visible crack when you remove the silcone. The plastic packaging is also not consistant with a new product. In my opinion these are refurbished/returned products which explains the cheaper price. Hope that isn’t the case.Will update if support gets back to me.

Purchased a warehouse deal.They arrived today and they were used, having read the warehouse description I was expecting unused or damaged packaging.Before opening the package I noticed a sticker saying “warehouse inspected”. Once I opened the the packaged everything appeared to be fine.Once I opened and removed an ear bud I noticed the ear piece was packed full of ear wax. I was disgusted and put it back.I checked the other contents. The USB C cable was there. But the one of the small ear pieces was missing and both of the large ones had been clearly used, again both having ear wax all over them.I will be returning these. And buying directly from Samsung.Will be returning them.

Only after a day of usage, a constant static crackling sound started coming from the right earcup when ANC was on. This is the same infamous issue associated with the SONY XM3s. I never thought even after two years and so many complaints they would ignore the problem in XM3s, and the legacy still continues with the XM4s. Shame on Sony. Completely disgusting. Never expected such defects from such a pricy and premium product. It should not be 30K it should be 3K.

Magnetic ends make sure the headphones were not left behind when I get off a train or tube, volume is good; love the colour so I can find them easily!They are good but I might have ruined them in a sudden downpour. However the seller is fantastic in support and have a new one sent out so I am not without one. Will definitely look out for SunValleyTek products when I need another tech item!

Pretty impressive build and sound quality for that low price. I bought them for gym and general use and because they are sweat proof I don’t think I m going to have a problem (I ve only used them one time at the gym since I bought them 3 days ago). Also, the battery life is decent enough for what you pay. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good and affordable headphones/earphones

Was skeptical as this one is $30 cheaper than the rest, however, they are official, nothing missing, and couldn’t be happier. Ordered at 10pm, delivered 8 am next morning. They came sealed in box, so new, with 70% charge. Took about 30 min to charge the buds and case to 100%. I then took them to work and used them for10 hours straight listening to music and taking calls. All I can say is fantastic. Main pairing is with a Samsung Galaxy S8. The fit is tight, but comfortable. Tap functions are sensitive and programmable. Used a 2nd night for 7 hours after charging with case only. Pretty cool to open the case and SS wearables app pops up on my phone showing me charge levels of both case and buds. Sound quality is pretty good, I’ve been using Shure SE215 in ear headphones for 5 years though and they sound fuller.
