    When I first got this is was useless. The app didn’t work and the support was non existent.There seems to have been an update somewhere along the line. Now is has sprung to life.As a hands free kit is is great. Comfortable and a good volume in calls. The quality of sound from the mic is good too as I have been told.The voice recognition for commands is quite hit and miss. When it works its great, but when you say call mum and it say calling David there is a problem. But on the whole it is a good bit of kit.

    I have had one of these since August 2017, when they first came out and I love it !There are 3 sizes of earbuds, which should fit all sizes of ears, just make sure it fits ell in your ear, use a mirror the first few times to check, after that you will know instinctively if it is in correctly.You can select what it tells you, weather, emails etc, but it also give me access to Google, so as I am walking along the road to my house I can ask it (Google) to turn on the kettle and/or light, with out getting my phone out, especially useful in the autumn/winter on really cold days.And of course you can ask Google question too, just as I would on my Google Home speaker.I have this in my ear every single time I leave the house and even hours later you don’t even realise it is in, in fact sometimes it is only when I lay my head on the pillow in bed, do I realise it is still in.It also does not block surrounding sound out to the extent you can’t hear anything, which could be really dangerous, something I have against Noise Cancelling in certain situations (OK on a bus/train etc. but not while you are waking around or driving) and yes I DO have Noise cancelling Earphones too it is all about using them appropriately.You do not realise just how good and how much easier this ‘Ear’ makes things until you have actually used it… no more taking the phone out of your pocket every time an email appears (80% are junk anyway), but if a vital or interesting email come in you can then take your phone out if you so wish, at least you have the choice, before I got this I just HAD to get my phone out every time an email bleeped on the phone to see what it was.So you are asking why did I buy this one ?Well for starters this one cost less than half the price I paid for my original from Sony, but mainly because my wife has been asking me to get her one now for the last 6 months !To be honest I cannot see ANY phone user not liking this, it is brilliant.

    Prodotto eccellente, custodia di ricarica che non ti lascia mai a piedi, design unico con un’ergonomia pressoché perfetta, solo impercettibili difetti del software (che saranno certamente corretti dagli aggiornamenti) che possono infastidire solo i pignoli perché ogni dettaglio è curato e funziona alla perfezione.Sony sempre al TOP.

    Windgeräusche sind auf der Gegenseite überdeutlich.Spachsteuerung nur mit der Headset eigenen, sehr eingeschränkt.Verständigung gut, hören sehr gut. Batterielaufzeit befreidigend.
