    I love this phone!!! I purchased this phone because my old one (2016) was not performing properly, there were certain sites that would not download and it would sometimes run slow. This phone however does all I need it to do, and is a lot faster. I had no trouble in setting it up even though I am a mature lady who does not really understand technology. It takes a nano sim which I got from my provider, and I kept my number. For the price I paid and given the extortionate price of some phones on the market, this is great. I would strongly recommend it.

    Only had it switched on for 12 hours and I’m already installing a system update for the 4th time. As soon as one update is done installing its barely second before I’m getting another notification stating there is a system update to download and install. Also seems to be a Vietnamese handset not UK.What’s going on?! I dont want to be sending this back after I got it all so beautifully set up and with a protective screen and case.Edit 24/07/20I don’t want to jinx it but I am absolutely loving this phone. Appart from initial need to keep updating its now up to date and exceeding expectations.
