    Muy contento con ClickElectronics y por supuesto con la cámara. Ya ni me acuerdo de mi canon 7d. Olympus concentra toda su tecnologia en 3 modelos ( en las om-d) y no en un monton como otras marcas, asi, por un precio muy razonable tienes una gran cámara.

    Hervorragende Ergonomie der Kamera. Hervorragender Weißabgleich und Farbwiedergabe. Leider hat der kleine Sensor seine Grenzen. Wenn der Sensor lichtempfindlicher wird, ist kein Vollbild mehr erforderlich. Und da es in Estland draußen immer dunkel ist, nur mit einem Blitz, der nicht immer möglich und nicht immer nützlich ist.

    My review is based on borrowing EM1 via Olympus Test & Wow scheme. I appreciate it is not long enough to test the camera throughly but I did do some methodical tests to arrive to a conclusion.This is great camera and there is no doubt about it. But is the insane price justified? I don’t think so.This camera is bit heavy (considering it is Micro Four Third and not APS-C or full frame). You need to haul it using a camera bag. It takes good photos. But here lies my issue. It is possible to buy cameras with bigger sensors which takes same or better photos by spending much less! In any case, good photos often depend on photographer rather than the gear.It would be an awesome camera if price was cheaper but at this price, it does not live up to its hype.MFT cameras has USP of IBIS (In Body Image Stabilizer) but now that is starting to appear in larger sensor bodies too. IBIS is available in chaper Olympus bodies too like EM10 or EM5.Its buyer circle includes people who already have other Olympus cameras. Hence, this camera is targetted towards that “cult”. People who buy this camera (in my observation) tend not to compare this with any other make/model of camera and they just declare “this is the best” (i.e. cult psychology). If you look at other 5-star reviews here you’d see those are “It is best and that’s all” type.So if you are on that cult group, you’d buy it anyway but if you are coming from different brand and considering EM1, I’d say look elsewhere for more bangs for your bucks.

    I love this camera. I used to own a full frame camera but it was too bulky and heavy. With this camera I’ve great quality in a small package.

    I have recently sold all of my Canon gear to purchase the M1 Mark II and 3 pro lenses. The initial test shots from the camera using each of the 3 lenses are superb! It’s solidly built, very responsive and the image quality is on par with the Canon Mark iii. I highly recommend this camera to anyone thinking of upgrading their existing Olympus gear or making the switch from full frame to four thirds system.

    There is no area of commercial or hobby photography out of reach to this camera. It is now my main camera – I still use high resolution models for niche uses, but the E-M1ii is the daily workhorse. Our high resolution studio cameras may even be at risk if our tests with the Olympus’s 80 megapixel HiRes mode go well. Regular firmware updates release more potential from this camera. Since firmware 3.1, even the continuous autofocus of the mighty Sony A7iii has been bested by the E-M1ii under a tough test capturing birds in flight – keeper rate of 85% vs 75%.Big highlights of this camera are the colours, video quality, speed, lens choice, ergonomics, computational features (such as live composite and HiRes modes), autofocus, and the price. It’s a bargain.
