    I was looking for theater binoculars online to use when attending concerts. I wanted something relatively small, not too flashy and good quality (without paying an arm and a leg).I read several review complaints regarding purchases of theater binoculars because some were not adjustable; and/or too weak; and/or too cheaply constructed.I noticed one review for this particular product and it was favorable, so all things considered, I purchased them.These binoculars are small, smartly attractive and fully adjustable. I checked them out by placing a business card on the fence outside about 25-30ft away and then adjusted the focus as per the instructions method provided. They function very well and the construction quality appears to be quite good.You may want to review the data provided by Olympus regarding focus parameters (min distance) and depth of field (variable measures of length in feet/meters viewable “in focus” from different distances). The 8×21’s have a fairly narrow field of view, which is fine for what I need (getting a closer look at performers on stage). If you’re going to use them for various other things (outdoor action) you may prefer to select the 10×21’s for a wider field of view or something larger.They’re perfect for my application and I’m really pleased with this purchase.
