    It’s an essential accessory for Surface pro 5.Functionally it’s good. Have been quite happy with it.However, mine one has developed some rust on the two sides of the magnetic connector of pad. See the picture.It’s unbelievable how come such a costly product can get rust within 4 months. I need lodge a complaint with Microsoft. Hopefully 2 year long warranty comes handy now.

    Really nice typing experience on this keyboard, glad I went with the burgundy color looks real sharp recommend this keyboard to anyone with a surface pro, time will tell how this holds up have heard the grey color gets dirty after awhile will update if run into any issues.

    I had a bad first experience. I bought mine open box and it was completely faulty. I took it back under manufacturers warranty and they replaced it for free with a brand new functional one.Guys, Microsoft has a great 1 year manufacturers warranty. If yours fails after 5-6 months, test your drivers and take it in to a Microsoft store near you. They will also allow you to ship it to them. If it is defective, they will send you a new one. I had zero hassle getting mine replaced, and now I have one that works.

    Es indispensable el tener este type cover si tienes una Surface pro y quieres sacarle todo el provecho de ser un hibrido Tablet y laptop.había probado la versión 3 de este type cover pero no me convenció mucho y este modelo en especial el de alcántara me encanto sus acabados son tan finos y las teclas tienen un pequeño espacio entre ellas lo cual ayuda mucho al momento de escribir, es un teclado retroiluminado tiene 3 opciones de iluminación sin duda es algo indispensable para la Surface y más si tenemos el lápiz podemos tener todo su rendimiento al máximo en cuanto a su usabilidadOJO NO TIENE LA LETRA Ñ PERO PODEMOS ESCRIBIR PERFECTAMENTE CON ELÑ mayúscula: ALT + 0209ñ minúscula: ALT + 0241
