    Product arrived promptly, although packaging slightly damaged. Product performing well.

    Pretty good. No sideways adjustment which is annoying. Probably a bit over priced for what it is.

    This product was delivered ahead of the planned delivery date. The mechanism of attachment to the screen is poor. Although the video quality is good the audio is poor with feedback often received on the other side of the video call.

    I am not 100% sure if the product is Genuine Logitech. It arrived in a very substandard packaging ( a box and plastic bag and all instructions in Mandarin) I would not expect such packaging form Logitech as I have used their products previously. Works fine so far but I can be relieved by some assuring from ClickElectronics about its authenticity.
